Dystopic Dares: #HalloweenMonth Challenge

Welcome to the second instalment of Dystopic Dares: Halloween Edition.

For the last challenge I read four classic dystopian novels in four weeks.

This month I will be blogging every Wednesday and Saturday for the month of October and each post will be dedicated to All Hallow’s Eve.

I will be reviewing books and films as well as writing a host of other horror-related posts.

I hope you enjoy the creepfest that will now consume Dystopic. To kick things off, here is a fantastic little short film that may be one of the eeriest things I’ve ever seen.

I look forward to reading your Halloween posts and I loved ‘Lights Out’ – it’s a great example of how a powerful story can be told in under 3 minutes. I liked the way it engages the viewer’s imagination to expand on the visual scraps the film offers to build tension and deliver a great denouement!
